FAQs
What happens if I enter a page that does not exist?
The tool stops and shows the valid page range. It never silently removes an unavailable page from your selection.
Can I combine selected pages into one PDF?
Yes. Choose Extract pages, select thumbnails or enter ranges, then download one PDF containing those pages in document order.
How are multiple split files downloaded?
Multiple PDFs are placed in one ZIP file so your browser starts one organized download.
Can I split a password-protected PDF?
No. Unlock the PDF with an authorized application first, then return with the unlocked copy.
Will splitting preserve signatures and bookmarks?
Page appearance is preserved, but document-level bookmarks, attachments, interactive behavior, and digital signatures may not remain valid after splitting.
Are my PDFs uploaded or stored?
No. The source PDF and generated files stay in your browser and are not saved by this tool.
